1. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You are always entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
2. Cancelling your order (change of mind)
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

How to cancel: You must notify us by email at info@harodesign.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returning goods: You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Items must be returned to:

Refunds: We will refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery cost (if charged), within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Condition of returns: You may handle the goods to inspect them as you would in a shop. If goods are returned damaged, used, or missing parts due to handling beyond what is necessary, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

3. Faulty or misdescribed goods
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@harodesign.com.

Within 30 days of delivery you can reject the goods and receive a full refund.

After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or misdescribed items.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights. If you wish to exchange a faulty or damaged item for the same product, please email us at info@harodesign.com.
5. Return shipping

If you cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period (change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the return postage or provide a pre-paid return label.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning items.
6. Refund processing

Once your return is received and checked, we will confirm by email.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
7. Sale items
Sale items are subject to the same statutory rights as regular items. If sale goods are faulty, not as described, or you cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a refund.
